SOFTWARE License agreement

License

Sonoris Audio Engineering grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive License to use the SOFTWARE under the terms and conditions stated in this agreement. Installation or purchase of the SOFTWARE indicates your agreement to the following terms and conditions.

You may:

1. Use a copy of the SOFTWARE on any single computer, provided the SOFTWARE is in use on only one computer at any time. If you have multiple Licenses for the SOFTWARE, then at any time you may have as many copies of the SOFTWARE in use as you have Licenses.
2. Take a reasonable amount of backup copies of the SOFTWARE for you own use only.

You may not:

1. Make alterations or modifications to the SOFTWARE or disassemble, de-compile, or in any other way attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE.
2. Sub-license, lease, lend, rent, sell or grant other rights in all or any portion of the SOFTWARE to others.

Term of the Agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated by you or Sonoris Audio Engineering. You may terminate the agreement at any time by notifying Sonoris Audio Engineering and destroying all copies of the SOFTWARE and manual, and erasing / uninstalling the SOFTWARE from all computers. The SOFTWARE and accompanying materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Sonoris Audio Engineering does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements. The entire risk as to the use, quality, and performance of the SOFTWARE is with you.

Limitation of Liability

In no events will Sonoris Audio Engineering be liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits or other special incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of the SOFTWARE or accompanying material. This Limitation will apply even if Sonoris Audio Engineering has been advised of the possibility of such damage. You acknowledge that the License Fee reflects this allocation of risk.
